A PASSIONATE, STRATEGIC, AND FORWARD-THINKING CREATIVE DIRECTOR SEEKING TO CREATE COMPELLING CONTENT AND INSPIRE OTHERS IN THE PROCESS.

Mark started his creative career in commercial photography, first working with outdoor adventure and recreation clients and subsequently expanding his subject matter to work as a lifestyle and automotive photographer.

Throughout his years as a commercial photographer, Mark took on the role of a creative director on client projects, identifying first what type of content a client's target market would engage with, and then developing the final imagery based off of the insights acquired in the discovery process. Throughout that time, Mark saw a need for an agency that understood the intersection of the photographic creative process and design workflow on a more intimate level, and out of that need, Westpine was born.

With a degree in engineering physics and decades of honing his abilities in visual art and music, Mark has a penchant for strategy and precision, a mastery of commercial photography, and fluency in a broad range of creative disciplines.
