Seeking to build their social media presence and build rapport in the Los Angeles South Bay, Cadman Group contracted Westpine to photograph a content library of images for web and social media use featuring iconic sights of El Segundo, Long Beach, San Pedro, and Manhattan Beach.

Locations were chosen in a collaborative process with Cadman Group’s marketing director and photographed over several production days.

Web Design

Our client had existing websites for several of their larger apartment buildings, but they were developed as part of a value-added service by their property management software provider using identical templates and needed to be refreshed. We started each refresh with a comprehensive property photo shoot, and then built the websites centered around the new imagery and the essential property management functionalities used by the Client’s tenants and property managers.

We focused on highlighting the amenities and local attractions of the properties so prospective tenants could imagine a lifestyle at each set of residences both conceptually through well-crafted descriptions, as well as visually through the photography on the website.

Identity Design

Managing an extensive real estate portfolio across Los Angeles and Long Beach, Cadman Group maintains unique visual identities for their higher value properties in order to fill vacancies quicker and increase property revenues.

The marketing director at Cadman Group contracted Westpine to develop a number of distinct brand identity concepts for The Blackstone Apartments, a high profile apartment building located in Long Beach’s Waterfront District.
